Central Reservations - Invoicing 1 of 4 - PPL-907

The ability to view / generate an invoice via the Events Host App will be released in 1.56.
On the Central Reservations menu, there is now an 'Invoice Config' tab:
On this page, the admin users can:

Add an invoice template

Filter invoice templates by name & description

Filter invoice templates by outlet

Edit/delete invoice templates
To add a new invoice template, the user should select 'Add Invoice Template' and they will be directed to the invoice config page:
The invoice template contains the following fields:
Template Name:

Zonal/Estate admin can use this field to name their template.

This field is mandatory and has 50 characters limit.
Description

Zonal/Estate admin can use this field to add any description for a given invoice template.

This field is optional and has 200 characters limit.
Address
-
Fields are all optional and has 100 characters limit.

Fields are used to display the companies’ address and details on the invoice.
Footer Body content

This field can be used to set a footer note that appears on the PDF invoice.

This field is optional and has 2000 characters limit.
VAT Rates
-
This field is used to set one or multiple VAT rates that can used when creating an invoice on Host App

This field accept 2-decimal points only (e.g., 20% or 17.25%)

Users can edit or remove VAT rates any point of time.

This field is mandatory.
Companies’ selection
-
This field allows the user to select companies for the invoice template.

Any sites associated to the selected company/companies uses the configured invoice template.
Stop Ability to Delete an Active Occasion- PPL-894
Standardise Telephone Validation across Products - PPL-966

- Any number accepted as the first number
- No special characters except for '+' as the first character
- Minimum 8 digits
- Maximum 15 digits
There will no longer be the ability to enable/disable telephone validation in Events Admin. These changes will ensure integrity of data and support migrations.

Events API - Areas - Timeslot Information & Documentation - PPL - 984

The GET /SlotsArea response will now include 'Total Capacity' and 'Remaining Capacity' as it currently does in GET/Slots.

Events Admin Set Up Requirements from Reservations - Time Slots/Sessions = Events Master System - PPL - 775

- The Tables Admin UI has been improved to clearly identify if a site is Events integrated, which then confirms Events is the location of Master Timeslot Configuration.
- The Tables UI will now also prevent users from configuring Timeslots in Tables when a site is Events integrated, which will reduce errors.
- The API has been reconfigured to prioritise the Events Timeslot configurations, so the user journey is not impacted by these changes.
- The user journey has also been reworked and reviewed to user the user experience is consistent and pleasant, regardless of if Bookable Areas is enabled, to ensure that all Timeslots in Events are followed correctly.

Part 1 of 2 will move Turn Time configuration from Tables to Events.
